We are delighted to announce our strategic alliance with AlterNego, an HR consultancy, research and training company that has been involved for 15 years in negotiation and conflict management, social dialogue, quality of life at work, diversity inclusion, management and cooperation. Our aim is to work together to form the independent French leader and the first pure-player in the responsible transformation of organizations towards impact and ‘BUSINESS NOT AS USUAL’.

A shared vision of optimism in action

This alliance is the result of a natural convergence between two entrepreneurial adventures driven by a shared vision and common values. The crises that are shaking up the world of work and society are calling on companies to change their course and their methods – because they have a responsibility in the current situation, because they also have the power to provide solutions and because they must ensure their anti-fragility in a volatile world.
